The Throne Room

..... at Knossos Minoan Palace.

This is a serious piece of archeological history. It was fascinating to see and hear about. Shame we can't really see what it was like back in the day, though....

I also visited the birthplace of the Greek God - Zeus, today. Up in the Dikta mountains. Apparently, Zeus' mother, Rea, gave birth to him here in this cave in the mountains, as his father, Kronos, had eaten every other child she bore him! Zeus then went on to marry Hera.
