Z's Birthday Ralley

We all went to Z's birthday party at KidsGoKarting today. It was such great fun! I would have never thought to bring the children to a go karting place but they both really really loved it. In fact Monkey really really REALLY did not want to leave and ran back to the cars at every opportunity. Chickpea had a difficult start as she didn't know how to steer but the staff helpers rode along with her showing her how and after 7 or 8 rounds she was driving herself, beaming with confidence and even overtaking (though that was possibly accidental). Monkey had a helper driver the whole way and didn't do much steering but he loved it all nonetheless. The birthday boy looked to be having a wonderful time as well, a seasoned pro at this driving thing. Happy Birthday Z and thank you for letting us share in your special day!
