Went down a treat for a al fresco tea and literally a 10 min prep-to-cook one pan wonder. My kinda cooking and can be added to my repertoire. A culinary pal for Momma's Chorizo Stew - another one pot wonder.

In other news the boy has managed to lose yet another school uniform item,his shorts. No he didn't return home in just his pants as he had Football club btw.

All the school 'lost' property must disappear into a big black bottomless hole filled with clothes aged 4 -10 years as never get anything back that he's lost. I'm so sick of rebuying stuff that I've not bothered replacing the left PE pump he lost last term. Instead he was sent off with just the right pump in his bag.

Noone has said anything so must be alright, or have I reached a new level of slumminess?
