My favorite place

I am sitting on top of my table on my little balcony. My landlord has told me about a month ago that I have to move out of my place; he wants to renovate it for his son.
I love my apartment, most of all my balcony. I live here since four years and for the first time after a very long time I feel at home. A pity I have to give it up very soon...
