Thumbs up for Mindapples...
and the wonderful Emmala! Emmala delivered a very engaging and timely training session today all about mindfulness. We take 5 a day for our physical health so why not 5 a day for our mental wellbeing too? I'll definitely be trying out some of the techniques and recommend having a look at the Mindapples website for some practical ideas for building resilience and staying mentally in tip top shape.
