Superb Summer Salad. Love it. Not only do I have a degree in Geography & History (...) but I am also an expert in salad. I know the difference between a tomato and a spring onion, a lettuce from a radish & a Waldorf from a Caesar a mile off. My most favourite summer cuisine? This bad boy. Cucumber, lettuce, tomato, cuscus (Moroccan), coleslaw (Sainbury's own), diced chicken, jersey potatoes, sausage rolls, cheese (cubed not sliced or grated - this is important) garnished with a chilli mayonnaise. But the 'el terrine' is the buttered ciabatta on the side. A classic but simple salad dish for all the family & will feature on page 4 of my new cook book. Page 5 is toast and marmalade...
