Sunny evening on Two Tree Island, Leigh-on-Sea, Es

We skipped my son's swimming lesson this evening as he is so tired from his weekend at cub camp and he had already had swim squad training at lunch time. It's test week at school ( I hate that he has to go through all of that at only 8 years old!) so I thought a nice walk in the evening sunshine would help him to relax.

I think he missed his sister while he was away as she got lots of cuddles this evening. I caught this little scene after they had run off to watch a large container ship sailing along The Thames.
