New music

Went down the Tri club for another swim session after work. Went up to the next lane tonight to see how I got on. Had some good tips from the coach there even thought I had upset him with the comments I put on the email group about the local Tri centre not giving me any discount since they have changed hands. Still managed to do 2K tonight
Came home to find out that Linda has been taken back into hospital for another scan and not feeling great.
While we were shopping on Saturday J decided to get some new music. Loaded onto the iPhone for a listen in the car this week o n the way back from work
