Work has begun on the empty lot!

I've been documenting* this lot for a while now. Approval for building went through almost exactly a year go but there had been no activity at the site and I'd begun to wonder if developers had backed out, so I was really pleased to see worked had begun last week. A notice at the site says the build will be through mid-August, I'll keep checking in and documenting things as they progress.
