Neolithic Stones...
Bucky is back on Scottish soil for a wee stint. Today he travelled to Edinburgh and found this sculpture in Festival Square.
It was inspired by ancient carved stones found in Scotland believed to have been formed during the neolithic period. There have been many theories surrounding their possible origin and pupose. They remain a uniquely Scottish mystery.
The sculpture is called First Conundrum and was concieved by artist Remco de Fouw.
Bucky is still eager to see the world. You can see his adventures by searching for the word BuckyBlip in the tags using the Blipfoto search tool.
If you would like to invite Bucky to visit and feature in your Blip Journal, drop him a wee e-mail with your address to buckytheducky@googlemail.com
