Obvious

You would think but to some this actually means speed up, exceed the limit and whilst you may be deaf and cannot hear all the small stones clattering in your wheel arches you can live in comfort knowing that the car you have just overtaken now has a proliferation of small scratches to remind it of your complete disregard of road signs.

My rant is over but is it just me that gets annoyed by things like this.
