Fact!

I did not have a nice day.
My composure was affected and, frankly, that's just not on.
The timing, however, was good because I had a massage for me booked.
I have a wonderful massage therapist.
And when I came home I found this wonderful Fact in the kitchen.

Who knew?

I'm grateful for good colleagues and a good boss.
I'm grateful for my lovely massage therapist.
I'm grateful for the irrepressibly optimistic Dr T.
