Isla and grumpy

Today I went to visit a friend who is climbing the walls waiting on her baby to make an appearance. She is 3 days overdue but still manages to look amazeballs (a saying she uses frequently!). Then we popped to see my parents on the way home because they hadn't seen Isla in a few days. So here she is with her grandpa (or grumpy as we call him). He was so nervous holding her and wouldn't feel comfortable talking to her when she was tiny, but now his confidence is really booming and he will chat away with her in silly voices and plays with her. As you can see, she responds ten fold. It's so lovely to see. Think this is probably one of the few photos we have of them 2, purely because he used to rarely hold her.
