Foodie Pen Pal

Jen has joined a foodie pen pal group through her various blogging networks. Each month she gets given a name of someone in Europe with some details on the things they like and don't like. She then puts together a wee parcel of tasty treats she has selected and pops it in the post to them. At the same time someone else in the group has been given her details and sends her a package.

This arrived today from a lovely girl named Eva in Belgium. Some amazing looking Belgium chocolate, rose tea, seeds, nuts and fruit, and some tasty smelling coffee from her local coffee shop. How brilliant is that?!

The pen pal group combines a classic traditional method of connecting with people through being a pen pal with the modern technology of the internet. Love it.
