Dumb Dumpers

Is it me or is it the fact that I walk along the burn quite a bit? I just cannot understand the halfwits that dump their crap in the burn, our local council may be crap at investments; they put money in Iceland, but they can sort out the crap. Only a few hundred meters from this crap is our amenity site, now the trolley has wheels, it is not the weight that made them dump it here. In fact lift the phone and the bin men will take your junk away. I know I have ranted about this before, but it winds me up.
