Benjamin Arthur Griggs, Jr. was my grandfather, my namesake, the reason I joined the Marine Corps, and one of the finest men I've ever known. I miss him so much.

This is located on the Kirbyville Veteran's Memorial. It is so nice to have him memorialized forever; his name etched in stone.
