Portugese Laurel...a member of the Bay family.This tree is going to need some serious pruning back this year...its getting huge ! The birds love it for shade in the Summer and protection in the Winter.

I love the flowers at this stage...just before they open...a bit like Lily-of-the-Valley.

A quiet day for me today, no dancing....just pottering in the garden, library and daydreaming...getting my strength back after last weekend.
