Another day, another walk

After last nights brilliant girls night out my head felt very very fuzzy,I tried to get moving to go walking before lunchtime but it did take until midday before i felt human again.. So around 1pm i went for a walk to Rottingdean. I did get caught in a shower but it didn't last for long and the temperature remained warm. I sat and had a coffee before i retraced my steps back home again... i managed to walk 7.7 mile and felt so much better for doing so!
