Our happy girly... Xxxxx
Eva's cot has had to be moved further away from the windowsill today. There's now not that much of a space to walk through as you go in her bedroom. I walked in this morning to find Eva stood up at that end of her cot with most of the content of her windowsill either in her cot or on the floor, including a ripped open sachet of teething powder, the EvaCam and her baby monitor. The little minx. ;-)
In the mornings, once Eva is all ready and has had her milk, I sit her on our bedroom floor with her teddies and open the door to one of my cupboards with the shelves and fixed mirror in. She enjoys playing with her teddies, looking in the mirror and trying to get my shoe boxes off the shelves, while I get myself dressed for work. She also has chance to have a good crawl around our bedroom and she loves it.
I then bring her downstairs and sit her in her highchair while I load the car up with my work case, her nursery bag etc, sort all the cats out, and then do her breakfast. I put the TV on for her and she absolutely loves Tweenies, especially the theme tune, when she bounces up and down to it in her highchair, smiling away. To have breakfast at nursery, she has to be there by 8.30am and I always struggle, so she has breakfast at home most days, which is totally fine by me :-)

Activities: Eva had a lovely walk to Becketts today in the choo choo wagon. Eva enjoyed seeing the sheep.
When I arrived at nursery to fetch her, Eva was outside in the garden, sat up in the wooden playhouse with the slide attached with Gemma. I called over, through the tall fence to them and Gemma brought Eva over all smiles. We were tickling each other's face through the fence and Eva found it so funny. I said "I'll race you... 1...2...3...go!" And Gemma carried Eva inside as I walked into the nursery and round to the Explorers Room, Eva won the race :-) I got chatting to Heidi and Natalie from the Baby Room in the corridor on our way out and Heidi wanted a cuddle with Eva. Then Gemma came out and she wanted another cuddle with Eva too, I pretended to go and said "bye bye, Eva" to which she waved and said "bye bye" back! My joke had backfired lol. It's lovely to see her so happy at nursery and how everyone seems to adore her. :-) Xxx
