Counties Day One.

I waited around until about 9:00ish to run my 3200. I came in 7th with a season-best of 10:10. I had a great first mile (4:55) but my head got the best of me. Shoutout to José for killing it with a 9:36!

Finally home at 11:10ish, and now I'm drinking chocolate milk and eating yogurt.
