Late...

...is what i would have been if I need to be at work at any specific time. I saw this snail on the sidewalk and stuck it in a planter, which seemed preferable to baking in the sun. It immediately started cruising around. I was so amazed at how fast it moved and how it climbed over anything without slowing down, including another snail, that I watched it for at least 10 minutes.
