still the night

I took this at 1am this morning. The Giro D'talia had finished, and I thought I might just sit out in the back yard for a bit.

Cool gentle southerly breeze. Stillness. Quietness. Just beautiful.

We are coming into winter now, and the weather is turning into something better than good.

We pay for it though. Summer is just terrible.

So. I present to you a photo of the moon taken with my crappy mobile phone whilst sitting in the back yard. Best I could do today. :-)
