Reunited

I have not seen my 10 year old golden retriever named Ivan in 2 weeks. My girlfriend's family has been keeping him for this month and while I'm gone for a month in Europe. Ivan is my best friend and does just about everything with me. He is the friendliest dog I have ever met or had. I know he is going to miss me for a month but I feel better he is in good hands. There are hardly any places for me to walk Ivan in the Cotton District in Starkville that doesn't have alcohol bottles smashed on the road. I wish Starkville had a policy that deals with the broken bottle issue. I also wish there were more destinations for me and my dog to go to. Starkville desperately needs a successful dog park to accommodate all of the dog owners living here. A dog park would be a great project to consider while I am thinking about what my service learning project needs to be.
