Castle Meadows

It is an unexpectedly lovely day. We have bought two red chairs and been on a walk across Castle Meadows, which are ablaze with buttercups. They are also, I have learnt today, the chosen location for the National Eisteddfod 2016. I hope that those responsible for the choice know how wet some parts of the meadows get. And that they do not ruin them.

I have written one entry for the Abergavenny Eisteddfod story competition, but I have had another idea so am about to draft story number two!
