Mud Daubner Wasp Pottery Egg Containers 1.5cm
Extraordinary and so perfect. I found them on a piece of canvas in the shed, all in a line abreast. A rather long winded video of the wasp at work - when she has laid her eggs she collects more mud and seals the lid which they force out when hatched.
This morning it was only just spotting with rain so I borrowed a brick coloured jacket and we went up into the woods. The heavens then opened, thunder and lightning too and when we got back we were hoping Noah was waiting for us. I took off the jacket to find my white blouse streaked with orange, my face and legs had orange rivulets running down them and it was a fearful sight! It all washed out though and after a fun and delicious lunch with Ann and friends I came back to try the fickle wifi again as it has been off for 30 hours. It came back on at 5p.m. Can't understand why it is playing hide and seek.
