Patented paint-stripping-dog device

One of my collie's favourite occupations is watching the rural world go by outside my bedroom window. If there is something really urgent to look at, she hammers up the stairs, and leaps at the window cill all guns blazing. Her claws are excellent paint strippers (as is moisture resulting from condensation - and is that algae? - on single glazed panes). I only painted the windows inside and out three years ago. The paint has failed, especially outside, despite three weeks prepping four windows.

I wonder if Flash could do the honours if I pop her onto the scaffold tower for a few hours ... I will ask nicely!
