And bliss

After yesterday's vile concoction today we have the heavenly banana berry crunch. This is the best juice on the whole programme and feels like a proper treat.

Today has been an easier day too. Seem to be over the worst of the withdrawal symptoms and starting to feel great. People at work were thinking I was mad until they find out my boss is doing a 28 day juice fast!!! Extreme!

Only one more day to go. I have ended up doing a 4.5 day instead of 5 - couldn't find 5 days so this was a good solution.
