mornings aren't for me
I'm not a morning person, but there's something delightful about knowing by 8am I will have made my way to work off the back of a swim. It's never a long or big session, but it's a session none the less. Full credit for motivation goes to Rachel....she thinks these are a good idea. Who am I to judge?
Today was a bunch of mini time-trials @ 500-400-300-200-100
Note to self: take moisturiser to work on swim days.
