Beach Therapy

Everything is better at the beach. The Sun is a warm embrace, the gentle sounds of the ocean is calming, time stands still and the cool soft feel of sand between the toes is just fun. I don't know what Moira was thinking as she looked out on the endless sea but I do know she was very excited to be at the beach. For me the beauty of the ocean filled my heart with joy and graditude for God's gift of this day.
