I went into my management meeting as usual and was presented with a letter and a certificate I'm recognition of a piece of work I had done with others on the deptment.
After a hectic time it felt good to have that appreciation from fellow colleagues

There is a small monetary value as well but that is insignificant to the the letter and the certificate as they mean more just for me to have been recognised for my work. ;)
