Down on the beach

People walking,jogging and walking their dogs, all on what was quite a pleasant cool evening and then the Norwester kicked into life blowing sand across the beach and making it harder to do exercise. My Dad is in hospital in Invercargill and sounds like he has had 3 Cardiac events in about as many days. Waiting to hear form my oldest sister on what his prognosis is but when he is a wake he is alert and complains of a sore shoulder which is an injury he received when he slipped over just after Mum died. I am going to head down and see him. Dad is closer to 90 than 80 so he is doing quite well
