Profuse blossom

Does anyone know what this bush is? It is quite big and absolutely laden with blossom. I have never seen a bush so completely a mass of large blossoms - it usually seems to be those with smaller flowers that create so many of them. I pass it and joyfully appreciate it on my way to work.
