Stealth Photography

I am not very comfortable photographing people on the street and so find myself passing up opportunities to do so.

This morning I went for an early morning walk along the East River. It was quite gray and gloomy but I managed to get some bird and flower shots. Then, I came across this lovely elderly woman in her bright pink sari and I couldn't resist sneaking a shot. I was not this close, but have cropped this to bring her closer.
