Eagle Eyed
This is one of a pair of Eagles that adorn the front roof of the Mansion that is the school where I work. I was asked by our Marketing lady if I could take some photos of iconic items around the school which won't date - and this is one of the objects. These eagles have suffered the ravages of weather over the years but have been here for a long time. In fact, they were brought from Kent where the school was originally sited many years ago.
It is a moment of time that represents the school's history and heritage - so combines the now and then, past and present.
