An early start with a visit to the polling station at 7.30, with a chat to an old socialist outside. A very busy day at school trying to catch up after our play. Dramatic storms at lunch time with a covering of hail stones.
A successful Waitrose shop with lots of reductions including filo pastry, vegetables and vegetarian chorizo so made tarts with those. Then reduced raspberries for dessert.
