Nothing changes

The sun comes up in the morning, and the light across the bay is as beautiful as ever. Nothing changes...including the progress of repairs to our earthquake damaged house. But, EQC might finally be realising what we have been trying to tell them for three and a half years, that they haven't got the costs right because of the walk-on only access to the property. So, are we starting the whole process again, and waiting another 3 years?
