Unawares

If you can catch a hare
and look into its eye
you will see the whole world.

Washing out, washing in, voting done, parcels collected, bank errand done, visit to the cat shelter, a couple of hours study, piano lesson run, cook dinner, hockey run, more study done.....feeling jiggered and disillusioned...

And then, and then...a loping leporid running down the middle of the road!

Quick pull in to the side, change lens and stalk the hare.

I just wish the light had been better but it made a rotten day end on a high note.

Kudos to my children who take these mad-cap diversions in their stride!
