Grey Catbird
Again we returned to the Rail Trail at Station Road-- Gray Catbirds (Dumetella carolinensis) are very much resident, and quite common. An interesting feature is the rufous (reddish) undertail, which is not always visible but shows up faintly here. Here's another, in a similar setting not quite a year ago.
Not much else around, on a grey, humid morning--it rained later.
