A Good Idea

There a good ideas, then the are ideas that seem good, like refurbishing train carriages internally
but aren't so good
like choosing one of the less calming colours for the entire inside of the carriage ..... on a train that carries hundreds of people

hate to be on one when it's running 15+ late
