Blue Period

It's hard not to indulge in a lot of blue!! I have managed to finally vote for the first time here in the U.K . I was determined to do it even though I was tired and would have rather collapsed on the couch. In fact the poling station was just a 10 minute walk from my flat so it only took 20 minutes out of my day, I think it was worth it in the end. This picture was taken at the primary school where the poling station was. Everything was blue except for the floor and I'm not sure why they stopped there. I lingered a few minutes to look at the children's art work on the walls, it took me back all those years ago to a time when I would have had my art work on similar walls (maybe not that blue though ;-) Anyway I love all these blue tones in the photo juxtaposed by the tiny open doorway with the hint of green.
