Private dinner

Sorry for such a late and not very impressive blip. It's been a non-stop day. Interviewed for a tender this morning (think it went well but no outcome yet) then hotfoot back by train and car to Sheffield. Journal meeting for two hours, met J, my friend, to prepare for lecture. Introduced lecture and then enjoyed the delivery. Then hosted a private dinner for 20 of the local great and the good in the field of criminal justice. Home with J and his wife G, relaxing glass of wine and bed. Phew!
