Almost a Boat Again

Boats are supposed to be watertight. Now this one is, again. There wasn't much bother with the hull. 5cm thick fibreglass pretty much looks after its own affairs. The deck was another matter and decades of rain on a not-entirely waterproof wood covering had done their worst. Or, indeed, slightly worse than their worst.

It;s great to be tromping up and down the boat without it giving a bit under your feet. The give was the rot, jumping for joy and only just holding hands.

Boing, boing became thud, thud.

The skipper looks pretty happy too.
