Quick service

I called in at our clinic this morning at 10.30am for an appointment, I was asked when for, I said "possibly today" and lo and behold I had an appointment for 12.3o pm. Not bad service, and unlike the UK where you can only discuss the one thing you have made an appointment for, here you can discuss as many things as you want, in fact I have known people be in with the Dr for 20 minutes or more. Nobody grumbles if he is running late, because they take the attitude that one day they might be in with him discussing their many ailments.
