Sad blip

This is the A-listed and world-renowned University of Glasgow, Glasgow School of Art. The building is the green one in the centre of the flats.

The building is currently on fire. You may see the smoke if you view in 'L'arge. The fire has devastated the five floor of the Charles Rennie Mackintosh-designed building.

The really sad thing is that final year students work has been lost. My niece graduated from the art school last year - I well remember her spending 12-16 hrs a day on her final year degree show.

The students will be devastated as their work is simply irreplaceable.
