Bread Prooving

It's amazing how satisfying and relaxing making bread can be, I thoroughly recommend it! I spent the day in the kitchen due to the bad weather outside.
In the morning this 'bad boy' will bake off in about 45 mins leaving the house filled with the resulting marvellous smell and I'll have myself a crack in' bacon sandwich!
