College Cow
I woke up at 4.30 this morning for no particular reason other than light levels. A glance out the front door showed sun and a cloudless sky, so there was no point nipping out for sunrise shot.
However, it did give me time for a stroll along the Backs before work. At this time of year, the water meadows behind the colleges, but beyond the river are awash with buttercups andcow parsley, and there are often a couple of cows as well. I believe 'rare breeds' graze on college land, whereas the herd on the Lammas lands are more ordinary.
I drove home to my folks after work, for the bank holiday weekend. I'm now pooped -it's been a very long day! ;) Have a good weekend, everyone!
