All that jazz

I was invited to a new friends for lunch today. D works with me Znd her hubby (a Pom) is in IT. We realized at my housewarming that A and u had a massive amount in common musically so he invited me out to look at his jazz collection:-)

So after lunch and making a banana boat with their 5 year old we got down to some serious jazz discussion. 5 hours later I headed out yo McCracken's rest to watch the storm clouds rolling in. Dreadful day with wind and rain and 4 degrees but snow not due to arrive until tomorrow.
