Westminster mile

Just finished running the Westminster mile and was happy with my time of 6 minutes 45 seconds. A nice warm up for tommorrows London 10k when I will give Mo Farah a run for his money ( I dont think so!! ). Performance of the day goes to my wife Karen who finished in an incredible 8 minutes 36 seconds, not bad for someone who reckons they cant run!!
