In an English country churchyard

Up and out early for walk before breakfast. To Helsington, above the Lyth Valley, to walk to the 'Mushroom', a shelter cum viewpoint built originally in 1912. A good walk, but a hazy morning, and the often great views from the 'Mushroom' were not to be had, or at least not to be photographed. We had parked near Helsington Church and I took this in the churchyard.

I'm sorry that I have not been able to comment on others' journals recently - I'm very grateful, though, for what fellow blippers have said about mine.
