Castle Ashby

I had planned to accompany my Auntie for a 6-mile walk with the local rambling club this morning. However, we weren't able to go - so, Uncle took us for a drive through the East Northamptonshire countryside. Around 1958-1959, my Uncle used to play cricket in the greens of this English country house - called Castle Ashby.

This country house (Castle) is owned by Lord Northampton but he doesn't live here and this place is rented out for weddings and corporate functions. This weddings page has a closeup of this Castle.
